The Crafty Makery

I volunteer my services at The Crafty Makery in Fareham, Hampshire, by updating their website as well as helping them with their social media strategy. 

The Crafty Makery is a community hub where locals can come and have a coffee, have a chat, and be crafty.

I set up their Meta business account, linking their Facebook page to a new Instagram page for them. I showed them how to post to both Facebook and Instagram at the same time, helping save them valuable time, and created several posts for them.

Results

The Crafty Makery’s Facebook page’s interactions increased by over 60%, and their follower count increased by nearly 80%.

Their website is still a work in progress, but is already receiving plenty of new messages from new people interested in their services.
